Frequently asked questions

Who is Diffusons for?

For every content creator: video creators, influencers, podcasters, streamers, studios and agencies — as well as premium creators, for whom the platform offers specialised tools. The core of the product (media library, editorial calendar, multichannel publishing, audience, performance) is the same for everyone.

Does the free trial commit me to anything?

No. The trial starts without a bank card and without commitment: you get every feature of the plan you chose. The first invoice is only issued at the end of the trial — you can stop before then without paying anything.

What counts towards the posts quota?

Only posts actually sent to your channels. Drafts and scheduled posts use nothing, and an X thread or a Telegram album counts as a single post.

What happens if I reach a limit?

Nothing is billed behind your back. The app warns you, and you choose: an à la carte add-on (posts, storage, AI credits…) or an upgrade to the next plan, effective immediately.

Can I change plan?

Yes, at any time. Upgrading is immediate. Downgrading is possible as soon as your usage fits within the smaller plan’s quotas.

Are OnlyFans, JustFor.Fans and MYM automated?

Never. Diffusons prepares everything you need to publish — media in order, captions, a checklist — and you publish it yourself. Nothing is sent on your behalf: your accounts are never at risk.

Is my content protected?

Your files are automatically stripped of their hidden data (GPS position, device…) and then verified, and protected by a watermark. Every copy sold also carries its buyer’s username: any leak can be traced to its source.

What about my data if I leave?

You export your data on request. After cancellation, operational data is purged and only the documents the law requires (invoices, payments) are kept, minimised, for the legal retention period.

Do the prices shown include VAT?

Prices are shown excluding VAT; the applicable VAT is detailed when you subscribe and on every invoice (compliant PDF, legal numbering). Secure payment by bank card.
